HC Level (HF Grade 9) Main Pipeline Filters

Features 

Section 1: has a detachable stainless steel mesh core used to separate solid/liquid particles of 10μm or bigger by centrifugal forces.

Section 2: has a replaceable glass-fiber used to completely separate the solid/liquid particles of 3μm or bigger by gravity. The water will be brought down to the bottom of the filter and discharged from a well.

Inner/outer cartridges are corrosion resistant.

Oil fog residues at 5ppm.

Applications

To remove large quantity of liquid with big solid particles. 

To function as refrigeration dryer pre-filter, or separator to be cooled down at rear end.

Features 

A supporting screw: to keep the cartridge stable and free from vibration. 

Multi-layer glass-fiber and micro fiber: to completely remove sol.id/liquid particles of 1μm or bigger while reducing the pressure

The air after being filtered quickly rushes from the porous circumference to the filter outlet.

Features

A supporting screw: to keep the cartridge stable and free from vibration.

Extremely fine active carbon-powder stabilizer: to remove majority of oil vapors

Specially-designed composite fiber-medium with super-fine active-carbon powder: to remove solid/liquid particles of 0.01μm

Composite fiber-layer: to prevent active carbon particles from displacement. Exterior coated membrane enclosed type sponge mesh sleeve is used to prevent fiber from movement.
